You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with Platform operations
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use automated systems to access the Platform

5. Partner Terms

a. Course Creation

Partners may create and offer courses through the Platform subject to our approval and quality standards.

b. Content Ownership

While Partners retain ownership of their original course content, they grant us a worldwide license to host, display, and distribute their content through the Platform.

c. Earnings and Payments

Partners earn revenue according to our current payment structure. All payments are processed through our RBI-authorized payment gateway after deducting applicable Platform fees.

6. Payment Terms

a. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through our RBI-authorized third-party payment gateway. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

b. Pricing

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect existing purchases.

c. Refunds

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

a. Platform Content

All Platform content (excluding user-generated content) is our property and protected by intellectual property laws.

b. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a license to use it for Platform operations.

c. AI Conversations

Conversation outputs are owned by the Platform and may be used to improve our services.

8. Data Ownership and Usage

All non-payment data generated through the Platform is owned by us and may be used to operate, improve, and promote our services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Conversation logs with AI agents
• User interaction data
• Course participation data
• Usage patterns and analytics

9. Disclaimers

a. AI Limitations

Our AI agents may produce inaccurate or offensive content. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

b. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance or updates at any time.

c. Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for content created by Partners or other third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
